The home video transfer to DVD is fairly new and becoming more popular.  Transferring

home movies to DVD is the best and smartest way to immortalize them for generations to come. 

With DVD video transfer, we also do weddings and special events.  Each video is carefully looked at

and edited to make sure your movie is of the highest quality.  Your are the director.  Direct the

greatest movie of your life!

Here's how our Home Video Transfer works:

-First, you will need to specify which video package you would like and submit the desired film that you would like transferred.

-Once we receive the film and instructions, we then record the film to the computer and perform any editing if needed.

-Once we capture the film to the computer, we will have total access to the recording to cut scenes and create new ones, or remove whole segments

  that you do not want.

-After we create the scenes and chapters, we then add any special effects you requested to your project.

-After we finish adding special effects, we then review the project to make sure your DVD is of the highest quality.

So why go DVD?

With the quality audio and video, DVD delivers an unsurpassed  viewing experience.  And, the affordability of copies makes it that

much easier to share with friends and family.  Imagine taking years' worth of memories and creating a DVD that you can watch and never have to sift

through those pictures again.  Most likely those pictures are locked up in storage somewhere, where you always go, right?  Reality is, they just sit

there collecting dust and deteriorating every day.  Capture life's special moments and re-experience them as many times as you want.

Project Pricing Information:

(We currently convert Mini-DV and VHS.  We will not duplicate professional film or actual movies.)

Note:  The Standard package and the Deluxe package each use one DVD disc which holds approximately 2 hours of film

Description of Standard Transfer Package:

When transferring the video in the Standard package, we simply attach the correct cables and adjust

settings for the specified tape format and record directly to DVD.  When the process is complete, the DVD

will be ready to be played in a DVD player.  Keep in mind that with the Standard package, you will not be

able to skip scenes as you would with a DVD movie, you may fast forward, but there is no scene selection. 

The standard DVD Video Transfer package offers only minimal features and is recommended only if you

would like pictures or videos preserved.  It only offers you a straight transfer from tape to DVD so that

instead of watching it from your camcorder, you can view it on TV with DVD.  If you will not be showing the

DVD off to family and friends and would just like it for yourself, then this is the way to go for you.  There

are add-ons for the Standard package which include, extra songs (you shouldn't need many extra, since the

audio from the recorded video will be playing), Main Menu, Labels, Colored cases, and Captions for each

scene.

Description of Deluxe Transfer Package:

The Deluxe package offers you more options for your DVD and the visual effects enhance your DVD

experience.  The DVD will function exactly as if you were watching a normal DVD with menus, music and

special visual effects.  Each DVD disc holds approximately 2 hours of video footage.  With the Deluxe, your

movie will be run through a program which will detect chapters and scenes.  When watching the movie, you

can press the advance button on your remote and skip to different scenes, and with chapters, you can

choose which chapter to begin watching at the title screen.

Music:

We have many options for types of music.  From medieval music to wedding music, we have a large

selection.  If none fit your theme, then you may supply a CD of the music you wish to use and we will add

that music to the project for you.  With the Deluxe package, 1 song will be included, one for the Main Menu

or for the slideshow if requested.  If you wish to add more songs, a $3.00 conversion fee will

apply.  Music will make your DVD slideshow unique and stand out from the rest.  See our Music Page for

Special Effects:

Choose from many of our special effect options.  Transitions will automatically be chosen and placed in your

project.  Transitions are what lead into the next scene/picture, an example of a transition would be when

one photo/scene shatters like glass and leads into the next photo/scene.  Text options are available, if you

would like text added to each photo or video scene there are extra charges that will apply per photo/scene. 

The option of putting text in your slideshow will make your DVD very appealing and add funny or special

quotes to those certain photos/videos.  You can find options for special effects here.

Main Menu:

The Main Menu is very important, this will be the first thing that you and the audience will see.  So it is

important to customize it in a way that will attract you and everyone else.  We give you many different

options for different themes such as wedding themes or birthday themes, we have them all (see our

themes).  Supply us a picture and we can use the picture as the background on the Main Menu.  Please refer

to our disc or website that contains these themes and choose which theme best suits your project.
